How to Begin Your Coaching Engagement

Starting is intentionally simple. We usually begin with a brief, informal discovery call to clarify goals, needs, and fit. From there, we recommend either a customized executive engagement or the Emerging Leader program. When appropriate, we may refer you to a trusted colleague in our extended coaching network.

Once aligned on fit, we move into our structured coaching framework:
