How to Begin Your Coaching Engagement
Starting is intentionally simple. We usually begin with a brief, informal discovery call to clarify goals, needs, and fit.

If we don’t believe that alignment is there, we’ll tell you upfront and help you find the right solution. We want engagements that work for both of us.
